baby brother

i love babies!  and this monkey is especially special.  you may remember a teeny tiny post from a few months ago (here), of my dear preggers friend...well, i am honoured to introduce you to her newest little angel...he is gorgeous!

farewell but not goodbye

it's with utter excitement to share this little sneak peek with all of you...at the same time, a little bit sad too.

the absolutely stunning woman in the pics is my very first friend in the entire world.  i don't think i have an early childhood memory that doesn't involve her.  she is beyond important and wonderful and amazing.  ok, cue tears.

so why am i sad?  she is moving to victoria with her incredible family...but is embarking on incredible new adventures, so that makes me happy.  and yes, victoria is not that far away.  we just have to plan our last minute play dates a titch more in advance.  xoxo

oh my goodness...i don't even know if i can put into words just how special i felt to be photographing this little prince. 5 days old and perfect from head to toe.

such an honour...

can i tell u a secret...i gasped and almost cried when i saw this pic below of daddy+baby...

absolute love. absolute adoration. absolute joy.
